FieldTrip to NYSM Contemporary Native American Art
Each year, NYSM curator of cultural anthropology, Dr. Gwen Saul, helps direct the purchasing of artwork by Haudenosaunee (Iroquois), Stockbridge Musee Mohican, Shinnecock, and Unkechaug artists for the museum. Join Gwen and learn about one of the fastest growing collections at the museum and get a sneak peek at some of the artwork before it gets exhibited!
