Abstract | Gas-liquid chromatographic (GLC) response to flame photometric detection in the sulfur mode was studied employing N-heptafluorobutyryl, isobutyl, and ethyl ester derivatives of cysteine, methionine, and cystine. Nanogram response was obtained using 3% OV-101 on Chromosorb W HP (80/100 mesh) and 3% SE-30 on Chromosorb W HP (100/120 mesh). |
